central location, wonderful experience

i enjoyed the central location. i could easily walk to many major attractions. i visited the musée cluny and the luxembourg gardens this year. summoning taxis was quick, a real plus.
The room was cold. The thermostat was off when i arrived. I had to ask twice to turn it on. there was no heating in the bathroom, which remained cold throughout my stay.

the hotel's location provided easy access to cafes and restaurants, all within a few minutes' walk. several major sights are within walking distance, like the louvre and the luxembourg garden. it was central, it made getting around simple.

the superior double room, the one i was in, provided a colorful atmosphere, and the windows faced the street. basic toiletries are available in the bathroom. a small kettle along with tea and coffee were also provided, a very welcome addition.

The staff were helpful and pleasant. the staff quickly addressed any needs i presented. housekeeping kept the room super clean, a great plus. some front desk staff were nice. This really helped.

Breakfast included cheese, bread, yogurt, and egg. coffee was available. It came from a thermos. complimentary water was also available. This allowed for easy hydration throughout the day.

The staff was so helpful and friendly! they allowed me to store my bags before check-in, which gave me more time to explore without luggage. i found a water machine that dispenses sparkling, still, and ice water. It was really handy. the room had everything i needed like a hairdryer, mini fridge, tea, coffee, a kettle, and a strong safe!
the room was very small, though the bathroom was clean!

The location was really great. It provided easy access to various attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions. The room was clean upon arrival.
The bed was not particularly comfortable. I found the mattress to be too soft. The shower had low water pressure. The minibar was not very cold.
